Audience Extension
Audience expansion is the application of behavioral targeting. Audience expansion allows advertisers to target the often small audience of premium websites on other websites in the same ad network. In this case, the ad purchase has a lower cost per thousand impressions than if the ads were only shown on a premium site. Audience Expansion is used for high-demand audiences on premium websites.
